Before undertaking a design sprint, we help you frame the problem that's worth solving while also aligning your stakeholders on the core opportunity - We call this the problem-framing workshop.
Once the problem has been clearly defined, we will then help you to recruit your sprint team, gather external experts and target customers sot hat you can maximise the outcome and get your desired deliverable.
The 4-day Design Sprint
We will act as your facilitator for the entire sprint and if required, include our designers.developers and project managers. The four days are broken down into the following phases:
- Day 1: Understanding Define long-term goals. Produce a mass list of solutions
- Day 2: Sketch & Decide Deciding on which solutions to prototype
- Day 3: Prototype Build the prototype and set-up customer user tests
- Day 4: Test Test your prototype with real customers and use feedback from testing to create clear next steps
