TAF House Material is a supplier of trending Italian-made decorative tiling and floor materials dedicated to offering something different and refreshing to the Middle-East Market. 

TAF House Material had initially approached Inibus & Co because they felt their existing website needed a revamp. However, we couldn't help feeling that there was a much bigger opportunity that would help them to reduce significantly their current challenges often experienced with SMEs:
  • maintain sustainable growth without driving up labour overheads
  • managing cashflow
  • lack of time
  • gain new business and retain existing customers 
  • staying relevant in a competitive market ​

Finding their WHY

With all our clients, it's important to go back to rediscover why the business started in the first place. When you start from this point, it's incredible to see how eyes start to reignite and how the discussions evolve into a very passionate and expressive affair.  Many owners get bogged down with the day-to-day grind of running a business, and more often than not, the essence of their WHY gets hidden in all aspects of communication internally and externally.  And as a result, the story as a becomes less interesting for potential customers and employees 

During the Golden Circle workshop, we discovered the reason why TAF House Material get out of bed every day:
​We reflect on two principles: A passion for beautiful materials matched with beautiful designs. 
It's not rocket science, but starting with very personal WHY, we were then able to construct a comprehensive Key Message House that could be incorporated into all type of verbal and written communication. 

TAF House Material had reached a critical point in which the business needed to automate 50% of its sales processes in order to sustain its growth, while maintaining a quality service experience.

TAF House Material had reached a point where the business needed to automate at least 50% of its sales processes in order to sustain its growth and maintaining a quality service experience. 

User research was undertaken with architectural and interior design studios across all levels: Directors, Senior and FF&E designers to identify the general cycle of a typical design project. 

Organising and filtering

Creating the right search functionality was paramount to help users find the right information they were looking for, at the right time and at in the right place. To help us with this challenge, we undertook card sorting sessions with users to identify the categories of the search filter that resonated with them and  in what ordered they wanted to view them.
